Series of advertisements for Singapore-based knitwear brand Public Meltdown. These series are for the release of a new seasonal collection where we imagined the live of the characters wearing the specific hats. The video spotlights her sculptural headgear and surreal, hand-worked textures, crochet, knit, and mixed textile techniques, framed to feel playful, tactile, and community driven. The creative direction riffs on the brand’s ethos of turning eclectic, wearable art into everyday statements and on Xin’s practice of blending craft with bold, fantastical forms.
